Registration fees include:
- conference materials
- coffee breaks (Friday, Saturday)
- lunches (Friday, Saturday)
- walking tour around Zagreb centre
- reception and entertainment
The conference dinner (€33) is not included in the registration fee; it is optional. Those wishing to attend the conference dinner on Saturday 10 October should add 33.00 EUR to the conference fee and make payment in a single bank transfer. They should also fill in the conference dinner form below.
The conference dinner can be paid at a later date as well, but bear in mind the costs of the bank transfer for each separate transaction need to be borne by the participant.
Payment procedure
The payment procedure is completed upon the payment of the conference fee and (optional) payment of the conference dinner fee followed by e-mail confirmation from the conference organizers of receipt of the fee(s) in the conference bank account.
PLEASE NOTE: the registration fees to be paid are net amounts. The participant is required to cover the bank transfer costs and charges.

Cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellations on or before 5 September 2015, will incur a fee of 25% of the pre-paid conference registration fee.
No refunds will be made for cancellations after 5 September 2015.
Notice of cancellation must be made via the conference e-mail.
